1. Support designing of training programs thru assessing sales forces¡¯ training needs 2. Organize and conduct trainings: Sales Competencies training / Product training 3. Develop and/or customize training materials / update clinical data and results regarding the product 4. Assess MR/DM¡¯s capability/performance thru written tests and role-playing 5. Gain feedback from sales team on training programs to maximize training effectiveness 6. Collaborate with Regional team(Asia Pacific) in the creation of strategy for a comprehensive, integrated approach towards sales-force effectiveness 7. Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training
