상세모집내용

- 채용 포지션 : Commercial L&D Operator, 파견계약직(산휴대체건)
- 근무기간 : 1년 / 상황에 따라 연장 가능
- 근무지 위치 : 2호선 삼성역 도보 1분 거리 외국계 제약사

- 근무시간 : 9시 ~ 18시(주5일)

- 급여 : 면접 시 협의(이전 직장 연봉 고려 상한으로 협의)


[담당업무]
Commercial L&D Operator로서 영업부 교육 전반적인 업무 지원

1. Support designing of training programs thru assessing sales forces’ training needs
2. Organize and conduct trainings: Sales Competencies training / Product training
3. Develop and/or customize training materials / update clinical data and results regarding the product
4. Assess MR/DM’s capability/performance thru written tests and role-playing
5. Gain feedback from sales team on training programs to maximize training effectiveness
6. Collaborate with Regional team(Asia Pacific) in the creation of strategy for a comprehensive, integrated approach towards sales-force effectiveness
7. Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training 

 

[자격조건]
• Sales Training 경력 최소 1년 이상 또는 제약 경력 3년 이상자 중 MKT/MSL 경력 1년 이상
• Major of Pharmacy or Biotechnology preferred
• Good Communication & Influencing skill
• Good Facilitation skill
• English skill (written & speaking)
